Terms.
These terms govern access to Plumb. Plumb is operated by Clap Digital, Co., a United States private corporation ("Clap Digital", "we" or "us"). Using an account means accepting them. A signed order form or enterprise agreement overrides these terms where it says so.
The service
Plumb reads public business surfaces and customer-provided reference facts, attempts to disprove detected inconsistencies, and records the findings that remain. Results are decision support, not legal, accessibility, security, advertising, or professional certification. A clean report never guarantees compliance.
Your authority and acceptable use
You must have authority to scan each property, connect each public profile, invite each user, and submit each reference fact. Do not use Plumb to access private systems, evade access controls or robots instructions, overload a target, infringe rights, or process unlawful content. You are responsible for acting on findings and for reviewing automated output before relying on it.
Trials, plans and credits
A subscription trial lasts seven days and grants the selected tier’s properties, cadence, seats and features with 10% of that tier’s monthly scan credits: 4 on Watch, 30 on Studio or 120 on Agency. A payment method is required at checkout, but nothing is due that day. Unless you cancel before the trial deadline, Stripe automatically charges the selected monthly price when the seven days end and the paid subscription begins. Each organisation may use one subscription trial. Operator-issued access trials also last seven days unless converted. Paid plans grant the monthly credits shown at checkout. Scan cost depends on page count and is reserved before work queues; a scan that produces no report is refunded. Purchased top-up credits do not expire. Subscription cancellation or failed payment may return the account to Trial limits at the end of the entitlement.
Payment, taxes and cancellation
Prices shown at checkout exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorise Stripe to charge the payment method on file for subscription renewals, top-ups and applicable taxes. You may cancel before the next renewal or trial deadline to stop future subscription charges. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable; this does not limit any express service credit or refund stated in these terms or an order form.
Availability and changes
We aim to operate the service carefully but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every third-party surface remains readable. We may pause scans to protect customers, targets or infrastructure. Features may change; we will not quietly reduce an active paid entitlement without notice or a suitable remedy.
Ownership and confidentiality
You keep rights in your data. You grant Plumb the limited right to process it to provide and secure the service. Plumb and its software, reports’ presentation, rules and documentation remain ours; your underlying facts and content remain yours. Each side will protect non-public information with reasonable care.
Warranty and liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without implied warranties and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Plumb’s aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding twelve months. Limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.
Ending use
You may stop using or delete an eligible account. We may suspend access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, or unlawful use, and will provide notice where practical. Sections that must logically survive—payment, ownership, confidentiality and liability—continue afterward.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the service, except where mandatory law gives you a different forum or non-waivable rights.
